* Untracked shipping is available only for SMALL orders (i.e bracelets, pairs of earrings), for necklaces and orders with multiple items, please select either standard or express shipping options. Untracked orders are sent as a letter and are not tracked. If lost, your order cannot be located again. Use at your own risk. 

I only ship out items every Friday, however, as mentioned above, all packages are sent with tracked shipping (unless ordered with untracked postage). For more updates on your item, I’d recommend adding your tracking number to the Aus Post app in order to check for delivery times/ delays.
